It's been a year since I've been here, like always, a lot going on.
To be honest, I have sat here multiple times throughout 2022 and now. I thought about what to write with everything going on in my life, since I last wrote here, a whole year, yeah A LOT HAPPENED, but by sitting here and thinking on what to share, I realized that I made a conscious decision to not share EVERY SINGLE THING. With a whole year of me not writing here, I realized that I really don't need to share everything. Yes, it was a big year of a lot of changes, heartbreak, divorce, promotion, girls school, surgery, etc. But I think for once I'm learning how to process things on my own and not vomiting venting about EVERYTHING that happens in my life. Honestly, I am slowly processing and learning how to deal with every situation brought my way, and yes, I have a long way to go and a lot of restrain to do, but I really decided that this 2023 I will take it as a sponge, learn everything I can about work, perfect my practice and be the best Coach I can be for my associates. I also decided that I will be a better mom for my girls, how I can dedicate more time with them. As well, learn how to have a healthy work and home balance. Not depend on someone to get the girls and me out of the house to do something or have "family time". I realized my time with them it doesn't have to look like a travel plan (zoo, driving hours to a location, or something that can break my budget) it just has to be something that they will enjoy. Movie nights, ice cream, simple things that I can do even at home. Also, for this year I want to focus on finding enjoyment in things again, with the girls and by myself, not feel guilty at all and that it is okay to do it even by myself. I don't need to depend on others to get out there and try new things. This year I will love myself and dedicate my time to the things that really matter to me. No one else but just me, myself and I... and my girls lol....
So we will see.... But I don't know if I'll keep sharing here, I guess we'll find out 🤷🏻♀️ but just in case… Here's to 2023 🍾👏🏼
